Yeah u might buy home here for 10k or 20k whatever it might be.It might never appreciate to nothing... but it will always rent for no less then 700per month..I'm sure there are many investors from the Detroit metro area who clean up real well.

If it’s flaking, it should be removed.My understanding is that, unless the work is being done on your own residence, federal law requires you to hire a certified lead abatement contractor to remove it even if the house is unoccupied because it requires thorough clean up afterward.

I called DNR and reported it about clean up, they said, well, too bad you lost your oil, but we don't even deal with such a small spill, if you have more than 5,000 gallons we would be interested.
