Some top 5 or 10 list is good.Front-end load percentage, Management fees.Capital Gain performance over the years (buy 2011 and exit 2018 of course has better gain)Distribution performance vs projected distribution.Thank you very much.I have some lower cost single family residential rentals, thinking of rolling them into DST, give up the controls, gain some freedom (knowing we still have to do due diligence when projects exited, hopefully less works) , creating a stream of income and preserve capitals.

@Anthony Friday one year of payments on a primary residence will probably not be enough equity to make it worth the closing costs of a cash out refi to boost your funds.

Main thing right now is that the rates are still incredibly low and so if you have non-performing assets you should sell those and ideally do a 1031 exchange into a better deal in a better market.

How well the lumber market performs is highly correlated with housing starts: lower housing starts + less lumber being used = lower performance in lumber market.
