Hi  I'm new here, and looking for some advice to get my foot in I'm interested in flipping houses, I'm just having trouble in how to approach a private lender

very very very common approach.. but agents are not going to get a seller to lower price just because they are double ending.. what usually happens is if there are multiple offers agents being human.. will slant their double ended deal .it does not equate to you getting the agent to sell the property for 25% less than what it could sell for on the open market.. agent would get in big trouble.

My question, is how some of you approached this conundrum?

I did briefly consider a self direct IRA LLC to circumvent that issue but it just brought on a whole host of other issues. 

I wanna say its approaching analysis paralysis 

Reckless appreciation or cash flow investors are not on BP learning prudent strategies; so, I don't dedicate much mind share to obvious unsuccessful approaches.

Greetings I will like to know how to get leads on properties being a wholesaler I am have been taking notes but I guess I am trying to understand how the channels work as being a wholesaler, I am looking to go out tomorrow and start looking for properties but when I get the contact information what will be my nice approach 

I have worked both sides and have a truly unique approach to be successful.
