There many investors in the Milwaukee and waukesha area that are strong believers in the area concerning multi-family buildings, so there are many that're very hopeful for the future of the area. 

I plan to talk with him about how some buyers won't see value in the second home being mobile, no matter how nice, while others may keep both as rentals and be more concerned about costs to build their home on the opposite side of the land. 

But on the flip side, he's eliminating 99% of the tire kickers.Have a sit down with your realtor and express your feelings and concerns.
