The purpose of this technology, as with any business technology, is to solve a problem.

But it needs to be handled carefully.I will throw my hat in to assist, I can also provide web/technology knowledge & implementation as well as investor and political input.

The MLS has technology that monitors keystrokes, so Realtors can't give out their passwords without the system being flagged.

I'm finding the site for android works really well and with technology changing constantly I'm satisfied.

That coupled with less reduction in cash flow makes it easier to weather the storm.Some of the new technologies enable a major reductions in expenses e.g. submetering, and enable some pretty interesting valuation increases very quickly.

As I grew up, and she inevitably grew confused/frustrated with computers, I had to help her understand the technology side of real estate, and I became more & more familiar with the transaction process. 

Hey Account Closed While using technology for source deals is a major part of REI,  There is still something to be said about being or having people on the ground.  

Meaning I handle the projection technology, sizing, install, etc.

This answer is not directed directly to MIke but his question is what most people seem to want these days, and I understand the reason, but in our Industry, all these fancy smancy technology (and I love fancy smancy techology-I'm a nerd actually) I don't find it productive in our Industry.
