Perhaps the rent collector would be interested in purchasing your interest to preserve his rental flow; perhaps the "renters" themselves could purchase the lot to keep their storage space.Seems to me there are a number of mutually beneficial outcomes if you are careful not to proactively burn any bridges

I primarily use Michael Blank’s “Syndicated Deal Analyzer” and I have been studying the ins-and-outs of agency debt and bridge loans.

There may be bridge lenders out there that could make it work, but I don't think they could even make it happen over the weekend.

@Herman Hall I'm hoping that the new bridges finishing between now and 2020 will address most of the road closure problems.

Some cultural community centers also have people on hand who are qualified to help bridge the language and cultural gap.

Lets not forget the homeowners that knew that could not maintain making payments once they went adjustable, but just figured they would cross that bridge when they got there!

Otherwise you end up burning bridges you may need later as you get past this initial pain.

@David Avetisyan Because is the documentation that would be required for SBA there is really no way to make this work without the information.The appropriate strategy here would be to use a bridge loan.

I would hate to go forward with a HML and lose points, hurt my reputation, and burn a bridge.
