I believe they have a subscription system however from what I recall it's a little bit expensive and is not very user friendly.You can pull the public data from the various websites and then go and extrapolate everything, but unless you've got a pretty good programmer who can build out some engines to go scrape everything you will end up doing a lot of that mining manually.

HOA, like in most oceanfront complexes in Hallandale Beach only allows to rent once a year, which is why we have to stick to long term only. the property is on zillow and similar websites, perhaps its time to put it on facebook too.

Check their website for current rebates, sometimes it can almost entirely offset the cost of running the line into the house, assuming the main is available on the street.I converted my primary residence this past winter and saved a good bit.
