Wholesaling is already low yield strategy so the goal is to decrease the time, money, and effort put into each deal.Go back to your buyers and get all this information FIRST before you do any more shopping for potential deals, so you can avoid wasting any more marketing dollars (and time and effort) on potential deals that will never get bought.

The remaining unit needed a total rehab (sands ripping out the walls, plumbing and electric replacement).When I put it under contract, the units were not renting out to students, it was quasi section 8/lower income.

I have about 12-15 walls that need something on them like a 36" x 24" acrylic poster that's posted to the wall in four corners.Anyone have any suggestions on what types of pics to use, and how to do this without breaking the bank?
