Get an umbrella policy?

For the properties I use Stessa - great to manage all your properties under 1 umbrella. 

Our buyer's agent when we bought the house was under the same big umbrella realtor firm.

Lenders who don't deal with investors often will kill the deal off without thinking twice.I have always just used an umbrella insurance policy for my properties.

What all points should I have to include in agreement with renters and property management company if I am able to do that contract through the LLC.LLC itself is on my name with an appointed manager who is near the property and will manage it.When I get insurance on the property, should it be business insurance as part of LLC or insurance with umbrella coverage, as property owner?

.* * I will be holding these in my name as t-in- co n title after we refi out. . . .ironically I received an umbrella policy as from our car insurance agent yesterday . . .what is a recommended amount to hold?  

Is there a comprehensive way outside of an LLC to protect myself (ensure renters have insurance, umbrella policy, comprehensive rental home owners insurance for house hacking)? 

Umbrellas etc?

That’s with 300/300k limits, the umbrella kicks in above that.

LLC is not lawsuit proof, and umbrella insurance may offer the protections you seek.
