I am not well versed in contracting but find myself needing them for upcoming project.How do you spot scam contractors?

Brandon, this has been discussed at length on BP: Scam artists use seller financing (SF) to get a higher price, they love your thinking, those who can't borrow are attracted to SF as a solution and predators take advantage of the situation.

The way the scam works is that they have people apply to join the Rhino Group.

I began learning about the true history of my country, the history of our education system, the fact that the Federal Reserve is a huge scam, and what fractal banking is truly all about. 

I have been in eCommerce and doing SEO since 1999 and I can tell you that the search engines have solve almost anyway people try to scam/spam them.

They are subject to being scammed easily, and therefore "sheep in wolves clothing" are able to take advantage of them and others.

Yes.Do I watch them have more babies out of wedlock or otherwise scam the system to continue getting free government money?

Quiet a scam IMO.

If I would have read feedback here that it was a scam or waste of time I wouldn't have even gone to the free seminar.
