Ok, I also posted this on a mom's website, and some replies were saying to hire a mommy's helper / babysitter / nanny to assist me with the baby during my real estate "business hours".  

@Nick Rutkowski Nick,If I must be honest, I did not search for too many agents before I lost hope, but I appreciate you replying.

They reply back saying that they would be more comfortable with 1 month security deposit in July, then live in the condo for a month to feel how things are especially the appliances, plumping etc .. then provide another security in August.The reason I want two months deposit because they have a dog.
