Whether or not showings are allowed is not something courts typically rule on, the cop will tell everybody it's a civil matter and the landlord can do whatever his lease says he can do.He doesn't need permission from anybody.

They charge separate fees for supervising maintenance issues, they charge you separate fees for their maintenance workers to do anything.My daughter, for instance, had a contract where the PM could do any maintenance under $250 without getting her permission first, or for emergencies.

The most I ever had to do with them was to send them a text reminder to give me the check that was already written out and sitting on their dresser, or to just touch base to ask if they had a running toilet or leak or anything else that needed attention and they'd always be glad I asked and give permission to enter when they weren't home to fix anything.What about you?

However, they never provided any notice nor did I ever give permission for three people to stay in the apartment.The lease does say they charge $300 extra for a third person, but I can't believe it would be legal to increase it without notice, and without checking with the legal tenant if they approved a third person subtenant.
