After reading the obituaries the family will more than likely file for probate 2-3 months later.For alternative probate leads grab your local daily paper, go to classified, then got o legal notices and look for Petition for Probate, Heirship of Probate, Notice of Heirship, etc..

Don't forget about consumables like paper towels, napkins and TP.Some things like sheets and pots and pans have to be replaced at certain intervals or when damaged.I charge a little more for the cleaning fee to offset some of these items.
