@Jeremy Pace so in comparison to other ways to finance, in particular what about FHA financing makes it a better way to go?

Appreciation that basically paces inflation (although the past few years have accelerated that due to speculation and low interest rates IMO) and rents that continue to increase at about the same pace. 

It removes all these pesky items that slow the pace.

The pace of a full resolution will be stressful as we continue to make every effort to minimize further losses on this asset.
