Any time you have multiple homes on the same property, you're going to have problems getting financing.  

Over my time (over 30 years), if your lender will make a call to the seller/seller's rep to explain the level of due diligence we've done on the buyer usually goes a long way.

A strong sellers market (like 2021-22) led to huge equity gains as sales were going above value leading to month over month gains of 3-5%+. 

Trying to keep my COC above 10%.
