i know couple of countries that have this options.2-To who ever experienced in negotiation ,what can be a "normal" counter offer in here, i know it depends in alot of things , but for example if i have an asking price of 200,000 is it a reasonable thing to give a counter offer of 140?

The acknowledgement being recorded against title puts the world on notice, so that anyone that buys this property couldn't ever claim prescriptive rights later.

If you have nothing to bring to the table you will find it difficult I always tell folks in this situation is to simply go on e bay you can buy every single guru's written materials and tapes for 20 to 50 bucks each guru.. listen to all of those read them all.. then slice and dice and see what fits your personality.no one ever said real estate is easy.. takes no money and will just fall in your lap.. its the polar opposite..

One popped up in my neighborhood and several people in the neighborhood informed code enforcement and they shut them down.If you and your wife are good with living in a smaller place to pay down your mortgage faster than that seems like a great idea to me.At some point in the future you could always move back into the main house and rent the smaller unit if you ever wanted to.
