If they are listed I just set up a free search on MLS and Zillow.Unless these sites are finding unlisted properties I don't see the value in it.

@Abad Marroquin appears you have found a Class C/D PMC to manage your Class C/D properties.Highly unlikely you will find a Class A PMC to manage these, but you may be able find a Class B PMC.You'll want to set expectations upfront and hold them to those expectations.

At this point I am leaning towards just going with how they have been prepped (Sch E), although I don't want to set a precedent that excludes me from utilizing Sch C next year if it so happens that would be appropriate.
