After a few months of research, I studied my brains out for about a year, passed the state licensing exam, and launched a new adventure in Boise.  

Spend about a month here on BP networking and studying.....

The first one is more theory based and the second is case study heavy (with pretty pictures!). 

There was no way for me to fully understand these contract until I spent hours studying them.

I am a Canadian BP member and have been studying real estate for sometime and have recently came across a old run-down boarded up house in a prime location.

I actually read a study afterwards that found people who quit FB found they were much happier so I guess I wasn't alone in that boat.Twitter however is so easy to use and I would think that BP member would have an active account there before either of the other two options.

Colorado is a competitive market right now so studying certain areas and seeing where the best potentials are will help determining what you want to do.
