For these, we're looking to find and work with joint venture or financial partners from BP or beyond.MY QUESTION TO THE FORUM:  Without running the risk of upsetting the BP moderators, if my team and I do come across any strong opportunities, what would be best/legal way to promote them on BP?

@Mark Pedroza - I put Bigger Pockets in “penalty box” for over a year due to over-aggressive moderators pinching my helpful posts (and host stiffing me after I spoke in Oakland).

Moderators: this is not an ad since this property is not available... and besides, the OP is not in my target market. - SFR, ranch, rented for $855- all fixup complete- property management in place if needed- sale is pretty much retail (about $65/sq.ft., so right about at valuation for the neighborhood)- 5.5% fixed financing- 10% down ($7,500), no lender fees, but prepaid insurance, prorated taxes, closing attorney - 10 year amortizationIt's negative cash flow because the principal payments are $423/month and increase by $2/month.
