I have did a title search on the property and it does appear it has switched hands to a private party in OctoberAfter I approached the, "Assignor," I informed them that I had cash, and would like to move forward with purchasing the property; however, it seems like he is dragging his feet.

@Seth KillionThere are multiple ways for more than one party to own a property.Tenants in Common(TIC)Entity(LLC, LP, GP, Corp, Trust, etc)The issue that you would have if you are on the title/mortgage that it would be hard to deflect the tax obligations to other parties.Best of luck

The amount of time spent going round-and-round on trying to get what was advertised, and the other party going round-and-round on trying to avoid offering what was advertised, is a giant time suck.

Typically what I see is that if there is adequate notice and there's a likelihood that the nights will be booked by other parties then I would allow for the refund (myself as the Host), but if that is loss income because you have made the commitment to use the property during that time that is a cost of doing business on your end.
