Maybe more.Most people would be "reasonable" by hanging a line in the laundry room and drying clothes old-school when all reasonable efforts to replace the dryer and stay safe were exhausted during a global pandemic.

Also, are you a licensed real estate agent/broker.In most of the US (not familiar with Canadian laws) a property manager must either be an employee of the property owner OR, be a licensed RE Broker.  

Worked in Bellingham and the locals called the Canadians who came down to shop at the K-Mart "cheeseheads", but I never learned why? 

We are in the midst of a global recession with many Americans to be permanently out of work.

The first one was on the Canadian border in WA in a tiny town that was struggling and in the boonies, basically, and a 45 minute drive to my job in perfect weather in Bellingham, WA. 

Start with STCU, BECU, State Bank, Banner Bank, Global CU, etc.  

Unfortunately the Canadian market is quite different than ths US and there are no equivalent tools because the rules/privacy/other legislations are different.

I have been following real estate for several years now and actively engage with real estate investors globally, both professional institutions and general portfolio managers.
