Just wanting your thoughts on investing In this area?

Now, this struck me as strange because these people are constantly behind on their rent.

I’m hoping to establish a reliable stream of unearned income through real estate investments, but I’m new to the field and looking for guidance.I have around $35,000 saved (excluding stock investments) and would love to connect with someone who can help me navigate this world.

This is my first investment property and I was wondering if anyone has recommendations for security cameras.

And there is no problem that this document is saying that I have the permission but it is also signed by me?

Really no reason to attempt to do this with an LLC.
