If you pay someone minimum wage to put out 50 signs, they're going to make it into a 40 hour work-week to get it done.

I've been cruising through countless Bigger Pockets Podcast episodes and webinars, and have been reading books such as Set for Life, Think and Grow Rich, 4-Hour Workweek (the usual).

The difference is the handymen you may only need 5 hours a week , the employee will expect a full work week or they will find another job .

Obviously that puts you at more than an 80 hr work week, which is really not feasible IMO.

I got to use spare time, because of a 65+ hour work week at a job and family.
