File for the Warrant of Restitution anyway.

I have a friend that owns some condos over by Ft Dietrich....but I think they are non warrant able which means they are hard to finance.

(IMO/), it's the same as the 1st TD - - a Grant or Warrant Deed in a subordinate position. 

There aren't many seller financed options around here so I feel this one warrants some attention.

Caution... you can make 10% with the Norris group right there in LA and have a straight up investment.. this is a scheme and probably one that does not pan out.. just a guess of course.. and your explanation is anything but clear however any risk for 10% is not warranted in my mind

Even if your clients don't want to get a mortgage, they will run into an issue when they decide to sell if the condo development is non-warrantable.

Another type of warranty deed is a General Warranty deed which says that the grantor is warranting the deed back to the beginning of time, through former owners.    

I still haven't found a solution to answering the phone while working as obviously thats not always feasible, but I'm leaning towards an answering service once the volume warrants it.

However if the person had good credit, decent income, and found a good deal along with putting an additional 5-10% down that now sounds like a deal that warrants an exception.  

I am looking for a lender who would finance a non-warranted, non-owner occupied condo-hotel in California.
