I am interviewing a brokerage tomorrow and I want to make sure I am prepared with good questions.  

There's even a phone number listed under their name, I'll be contacting them first thing tomorrow.

Now, keep in mind.1) This is a regional bank in my area.  2) I have done several smaller multifamily deals to show a track record, albeit short.  3) These are their lending practices today, who knows what they will want to do tomorrow.  

They have not paid so tomorrow Ian placing notice to pay or quit and by Texas law tenants have 3 days to either pay or vacate premises which gives them until midnight of the 6th.

I have some time tomorrow.

My son will be coming home today and i will be returning to work tomorrow so after this everything will be on time again i am very sorry about this and not getting in touch with you sooner."
