If you're doing traditional rentals then southwest Little Rock is a great market if you want cash flow.

I bought a duplex in Southwest Philly/Eastwick (near the airport) for too much in 2018 and put a substantial amount of money into it.

You know that there are huge Flash Floods in the Desert South West each year?

In the future, our plan is to invest in a Duplex on the West/South West Side (Brooklyn, Parma, etc.) in 2021.
