I have never heard of any jail sentence but fines yes. 

Maybe the DOJ should complain about mandatory minimum sentences and the war on non-violent, voluntary exchange of money for drugs.

That's a pretty sorry sentence for those types of crimes.

You said in one of the last sentences of your response that the next 10 years will be a great time to invest, and based on what I've been seeing, I've come to a similar conclusion.

Um....if you want your request to be taken more seriously you will provide context then a headline ending in an exclamation point followed by a single sentence that says the same thing.

That's why my first sentence advised checking local statutes.
