My mom is considering moving out of an apartment that she's been in for about 25 years, but, I'm thinking of buying a building and turning it into an apartment for seniors so she could just live there.  

I also have interest in some sort of Senior Service, as there are more and more baby boomers, and Senior Care is becoming more in demand.Any Ideas?

Belize---  YEAH....maybe one of the easiest places for foreigners to own land and property with the same rights as citizens.   

@Dustin RuffI fundamentally do not believe it is the responsibility of private citizens to sacrifice income for the “benefit” of others.

I know in NYC, there are programs to help alleviate that burden for seniors, not sure about Nassau.
