We have to pay 6,000.00 a semester now.

I am currently in my last semester in college so credit and cash on hand is not where I want it to be but I'm refusing to let this stop me from getting a deal.

But, honestly I'm in my last semester in college beginning my career in the real world and I'm looking for positive guidance and look forward to seeing the vision having my personal professional portfolio of investments.

I'm pretty sure I've learned more listening to the podcasts this semester than I actually have in class!

@Juan Mendoza you can obtain a Broker's license at age 18 if you have 4 semesters of college credit emphasizing real estate at an IDFPR-approved school (in addition to completing the usual requirements).

Currently I'm in my last year of biomedical engineering at Wentworth, and as I go back for my last two semesters I'll be looking for deals.I've had the pleasure of networking with great people and I'll I need now are some leads.I look forward to hearing from everyone !
