With the local bank branch manager sending 5 simple/vanilla/W2 people to the bank's LO every day (many of whom honestly shouldn't refinance truth be told, but the bank branch's profit margin, which the branch manager is responsible for, says everyone should always refinance), why would they bother with a complicated scenario like yours?
