My practice area ties heavily into the real estate industry and was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on ways to build my referral network both in law and real estate as I plan to do some heavy real estate investing in the near future. 

I just personally don’t like his style and think he is more of a promoter than anything else, which can be said for many people we hear and see regularly.

. - Referrals and resources: Identifying an investment prospect is one thing, the due diligence, lending and team required to successfully close and mange it are another story.

Referrals and FB groups.

Keep detailed records of all expenses.As for tax professional recommendations in Cleveland: As accountants, we are not allowed to promote our services as it is against BP rules.
