I've seen contractors come in praising that the fuel rewards program gave him multiple free full ups.

I'm so glad I found this forum, because I would've gone in assuming I'd benefit from the deductions, as all the REI research/books I read all praise the deductions available - luckily I stumbled upon that very important factor of AGI of 100k! 

With STR, I like how it reduces deferred maintenance costs since every guest is likely to either complain or praise any bad/good property issues (perceived or real), which helps keep property in tip top shape. 

But then, maybe 12 years ago I had a highly praised CPA do my taxes.

They learned not to buy.IF we get very high inflation, I think you will see a lot of people wishing they owned their own home.As far as apartments, multi family units, everyone sings the praises of how that is where the money is made, and I am sure in general they are correct, but my sense is there are a lot of cranes building Class A apartments and a lot of value add syndications rehabbing older units.

You can certainly feel free to contact any of those people whom are singing my praises as well as I know for sure some of them are in BP. 

There are definitely investors on BP who have a larger sphere of influence and therefore probably receive both the outsized praise (and criticisms) that comes with real estate forum fame.

I am sure that some DE lawyers praise them, but having one large operating agreement that grows even larger with each series seems to be more trouble than it is worth.
