Why is every job worth $15/hr, should the movie ticket kid or beach guard really get that much?

After hearing about the 1990 movie Pacific Heights in a Podcast I decided to watch it... talk about a nightmare!

Hi Rumen,I can sympathize where I also tried to help a tenant, moved him into a nicer place where he proceeded to break over 50 windows smash the front door, turn the place into a psycho scene movie look alike.

I call it the "Jed Clampett" house because it looks like his house before he moved to Beverly Hills or the cabin in the woods in the movie, "Doc Hollywood".

in scary red horror movie ink,  basically telling them " [add whispering voice to the following:" I know where you live...

Heck, they might even have a drone they can use to take those fancy exterior photos or do a fly-by movie.

That briefcase is the real deal, not the fake stuff in Bond movies.

We've settled on offering a percentage of the total sale of the home, and movie tickets for each open house (hoping to entice them that direction).   

The porn industry wants a bailout, the car industry wants a bailout,the banks want a bailout what's next the girl scouts,the boy scouts how about Homer Simpson or Peter Griffen or better yet Jack Bauer :roll:

I kept having nightmares related to the old movie "Logan's Run".
