BUT maybe think about freshening up the exterior of your STR (Airbnb is a platform).I work for Airbnb as an "Airbnb SuperHost Ambassador". 

Network with wholesalers, check public records, and use platforms like PropStream or DealMachine to find distressed properties.Be Cautious: Pay attention to permits, inspections, and local market trends—over-improving for the area could hurt your profits.Starting with a solid plan and realistic numbers will set you up for success.

The  own/landlord has not responded to inquiries or inquest for an application on real estate platform (e.g., Zillow, Hotpads).

We have had hosts on the platform since then that are continuing to do well and add units.

@Spencer DixonRecommend exploring as many sources as possible to get referrals AND cross-reference them to get as much accurate information as possible.Check out NARPM.com, BP’s Property Manager Finder (BiggerPockets: The Real Estate Investing Social Network), etc.Also, encourage you to learn from the mistakes of others - by reading posts here on BiggerPockets about owners not having their expectations met by their current Property Management Company.

It might be a good time to come together instead of passively displaying your political views on a platform dedicated to real estate investing.

We're not curing cancer; it's just buying real estate, doing some basic math, buying some furniture and kitchen utensils, maybe getting creative with some amenities, and listing properties on STR platforms...it's daunting when you're new, certainly a grind to get started, but it's not a mystery or puzzle to solve.
