OTM was more a round table discussion of current events, predictions, news etc as it related to real estate, where the hosts also provide some great personal stories that relate to the topics discussed. 

Haven’t used it personally but a good friend of mine who self manages around 20 doors uses it and swears by it. 

I highly recommend going to meetups and talking to investors in person. 

Real estate investing is forgiving; the average person can still make money even with some big mistakes.
