I would be hesitant if you don't have any passion for real estate investing but you might just need to find the right strategy that will get you a little more excited.

Just my opinion, but you can always learn on your own time if you have a passion for something unrelated you want to study. 

But I would certainly never discourage anyone from investing in rentals if they are truly passionate about building a side hustle business.

I really want to make real estate work and I'm extremely passionate about it.

I have not done a lot of research yet, but I imagine that others in town are begining to wonder about their options as well.Being creative and building are the parts that I'm passionate about, so I'm not interested in cookie cutter designs or paying others to do what I consider to be the fun part.

I then did my DD to research the company further and I found videos on YouTube posted by Ari Page and Mike Banks and just to see how much info they gave away for free to educate the consumer really showed me their passion and expertise in their field!
