Lastly, the presenter mentioned there is a recording camera in the back and that threw me off completely as I figured they get sued a lot and reminded me of Trump University scandal.  

Hi @Avi Manthe being a local milwaukee real estate investor here are some organizations that are worth checking out to grow your network for hard money, contractors, etc. 

We're worked with similar organizations or placement companies that help tenants in need from various situations (e.g., domestic violence).

If you drive in, there is video of your car and front passengers, the license plate scanner records the license plate number and places it in a spreadsheet that is easy to see how many times the vehicle has driven past the first street camera.
