I was hoping to get some professional opinions and expertise. 

For those that own property management companies can you give me any insight on what starting one up would look like and your honest opinions of the property management business these days.

So I would like to get the opinion of some experienced investors.My goal is to buy (3) three to four multifamilies.I inherited a 3 family fully paid off and own my current home.Between the two I have roughly 550-600k in home equity.  

This self claimed "Drug Addict to CEO" doesn't pass the sniff test in my opinion.

The City of Detroit is block-by-block in many Class B & C areas.In our opinion, zip codes cover too large an area.We use Detroit Neighborhoods, which are much smaller than zip codes.

In any event, we can continue to disagree about this and I look forward to the SEC's opinion on it.Syndications are investments for multi millionaires with plenty of money to lose gambling on real estate.

That sounds like a plan in my humble opinion. 

@Ryan Fox - It's pretty unpredictable in my opinion, but I'm sure there are people way smarter than me that can better see/predict what's coming down the pike.
