You never know - tenant issues are a hot topic now, and there's a lot of tension these days between landlords and renters.

And/Or you can put wet burlap netting over it and spray it down with water, until it gains strength.Saw cutting: relief tension, direct cracks.

Problem has high tension power lines above it.  

I would replace those with tension shower rods and thick curtains.  

I'd be cautious about jackhammer through it in case you hit a tension line etc.I had a buddy that had his whole underslab sewer lines changed for $5500 at a house in Dallas.  

About 15 years ago most of the slabs are now called post tension slabs.
