Ask him to book directly through the booking website if they're interested in booking, or if you think there's a demand for this, you could post your listing on a medium term rental website like FurnishedFinder.

This can usually be easily fixed by marrying new beams but we did find one house where it was the center support beam and there was physically no way to get in a beam long enough to cover the span of the width of the house without cutting a hole in the side of the foundation/or upstairs wall to get it in.
