I do generally agree with the sentiment of Austin and the other hosts that fundamentals will always win out in the long run, and this by nature is a long term industry, even the sales side I'm learning.  

The trials you face—long nights, tough negotiations, setbacks—will all be worth it for the wealth and freedom you can create.

As long  the tenants pay the rent each month, increasing their rent will be very tough and getting them to leave will be extremely tough. 

It doesn't take that long. 

Historically, real estate will appreciate over the long term.
