Residential assisted living is so interesting on so many ways, like:There are different levels of active to passive to invest.

There is a way of waiving the account at the state level by certifying certain practices but it's more trouble than it's worth and easier to just keep an account open. 

Anything over that could mean that the property is overstaffed, or it could mean that management is delivering a very high level of service such as in a luxury property that has a doorman and all sorts of staff that you don't typically see in garden style apartments.

Baselane offers cash flow at the unit, proper or portfolio level.

Try to reduce the number of problems you can think of to a manageable level, or instead of a 5 bedroom place maybe go a little smaller with a 4 or 3 bedroom that is generally more manageable and not pack people in like sardines.
