Not only because wholesaling is inherently sketchy the way most do it, but because you can't get paid when you have a license if it does not go through the brokerage.

However, there is inherently nothing wrong about salesly emails.

You can certainly start there, but you would be better served to find some local KC investors in here and find out who their agent is.You also have to remember, agents get told all the time, I am new, but I am going to do so many deals, so it's hard to vet new investors.
