Amenities have to be incredible.

The  fact that Scott looked at my profile and gave me candid and action feedback on something that I've spent YEARS building was trully incredible and honestly worth the cost of admission just for that one breakout.  

Perhaps someone with more intimate knowledge of the area can validate or dispel the type of neighborhood this is but it’s normally not good if that’s one of the first things to populate on the internet.

You don't see the CIO of an endowment putting their sponsors on blast for the entire internet to see (at least that I know of).  

I accidentally found an apartment on the internet buy the building next to me in my old neighborhood.

You resort to the internet.

Marginal views are more of an amenity, but with an incredible view, people are willing to pay extra and they are looking specifically for that epic view experience.  

I wish we could nail the fake pump and dump due diligence PML that infect the internet in the same manner as this.

Crowdfunding is essentially old-school syndications that use newer regulations that allow them to market over the Internet.
