I can't imagine the jobs/work opportunities are better in Brazil than in Colombia, but what do I know?

You could raise your rates by $1 a night if you don't want it to impact your cashflow.As for linens not on beds: imagine a family packing for a vacation and cramming everything in a car, dealing with screaming kids on the trip, dealing with nightmare traffic and finally getting to the place and unpack all the crap.

Yes it is just specualtion, but if you are basing your future on guaranteed appreciation, imagine having that huge amount to pay every month and NOT having the appreciation to reward you at the end.

This is unless you are allowing your buyers to go under contract and conduct full diligence which I can't imagine you are allowing since it would put your deposit money at risk, correct?

Hey @Leah Miller,I can imagine you may run into some issues with CC&Rs for occupancy and uses. 

One makes a profit (ideally) and one serves a need, real or imagined.

It kinda makes me think it's a growing number of DOS being called.I can't imagine those that have had it happen or are in the process of trying to resolve one, are going to be posting about it on Bigger Pockets. 

I see a problem with a lot of saturation in that area, and I can imagine that it is very difficult to stand out, and anyone that does operate one of those condos, would you do it again, or would you try to get a house next time? 

I would imagine that it's hard to entice private lenders without offering a really high interest rate given what people can get as much as 4-6% in some CDs these days where not long ago it as more like 1%.
