It's like going to the gym for some people.

My credit score is in the mid-700s and aside from housing, I really only pay about $250 out of pocket for car/insurance/gym/etc.I apologize if I rambled, but I would love to hear some thoughts about what you would do in my situation. -- Long-long-term, I would like to have many rental properties while flipping houses and working as a real estate agent as my career.

As a business owner(my wife and I own a gym as well) it is my sole responsibility to ensure my member’s satisfaction, within reason.  

We are building a gym, installing a dog park, and updating the office, which will include a business center for resident's use. 

I’m not looking at any that have things like pools and gyms- that just jacks up the hoa fee.

This is the GYM rule: Don't buy the membership and not show up!

You are just a few minutes drive to Starbucks (in less than a mile), the new 24 hours gym, schools, parks, Home Depot, bakeries, restaurants, orange groves...and the list goes on.

We live exactly one mile from the beach, trader Joe's and a bunch of other stores in the surrounding area, gym, Michael's, new whole foods ECT that we can walk too...

Having untethered access to a gym and pool without leaving your house is pretty sweet I would think.
