@Robert Wooden obviously my opinion is very biased, but if you're looking for condos in that price range Bellingham is your spot! 

Comparing prices without comparing associated ROI or listing profit without any comparison to the profits in the comparison is definitely presenting a biased evaluation.

Finally, always remember to steer clear of BIAS and discrimination when leasing to others— this is critical and can ruin you quickly.
