There were challenges due to weather that we hadn't experienced before (frozen ground and extremely short season for building) Giving someone any advice at all in regard to the cost to rehab a home is foolish, as there are too many unknowns.

If Venmoe was frozen you could have used Zelle, PayPal, wrote a check or got cash out of your account to pay the other half of the rent you owed.From the Landlords point of view the repairs could be taken out of the back rent you owe.Many small landlords depend on the tenants paying rent on time to pay their bills and put food on the table.
