They may get paid on the 3rd and need to not initiate a payment until their paycheck hits their account to avoid being overdrawn.I personally have a 5 day grace period and rent is considered paid when the transfer is initiated.

They would fix my $100 for the next 18 months as a grace period so I have time to put the tax credit money "back in" the full cost of the panels.

Furthermore, these clients are more likely to cancel agreements or refuse to extend agreements once you begin working with them.I am all for innovation and exploration but in my opinion, I don't see how this model would be profitable. 

One could argue that they are worse now because I know the realistic stabilization period that it takes before a property is no longer a cash vacuum.
