I must of missed where they said these were occurring, it was a little confusing and I hope I can work with them to better explain when these events were occurring. 

I got a lot of misguided & deceptive advice from various loan officers who just want to close & did not explain what was really happening behind the scenes.

If and when you move back, there are also a lot of explainable reasons as well if it ever came into question.  

So when we heard their suggestion, we explained that this does not make any sense to us. 

As a listing agent, I explain to seller that an inspection can be more protection for them, anyway, because 1) buyer waives right to repair anything discovered in the inspection if not negotiated during inspection period, so fewer surprises at final Walk Through, and 2) buyer less likely to succeed in blaming seller later for something even their own professional didn’t find (unless seller was really hiding it).

I'd at least give him the opportunity to explain himself.
